Digital Realty Trust, Inc. announced on October 6, 2026, that its finance subsidiary, Digital Constellation B.V., has successfully closed an offering of Swiss Franc-denominated debt. The offering consisted of three series of Guaranteed Notes issued outside the United States under Regulation S.

The company sold CHF225 million in 1.6803% Guaranteed Notes due in 2029, CHF185 million in 2.0600% Guaranteed Notes due in 2032, and CHF100 million in 2.4150% Guaranteed Notes due in 2036. The total aggregate principal amount issued was CHF510 million.

The notes are senior unsecured obligations of Digital Constellation B.V. and are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by Digital Realty Trust, Inc., the operating partnership, and Digital Intrepid Holding B.V., an indirect wholly-owned holding and finance subsidiary.

Net proceeds from the offering totaled CHF508.39 million after deducting managers' commissions and offering expenses. The company intends to use these funds to temporarily repay borrowings under its revolving credit facilities, acquire additional properties or businesses, fund development opportunities, and for general corporate purposes, including potential repayment of other debt or equity securities.

The notes are not registered under the U.S. Securities Act and may not be offered or sold within the United States or to U.S. persons without an applicable exemption.
