As of September 18, 2026, the company’s total SOL and SOL equivalent holdings stood at 2,490,304. This represents a 4% increase compared to the 2,388,923 SOL held as of September 11, 2026.
The company stated that it expects its SOL treasury to be deployed through staking, validator infrastructure, and on-chain treasury operations, subject to market conditions and risk management considerations.
In addition to the treasury growth, DeFi Development Corp. announced the closing of the over-allotment option related to its Variable Rate Series C Perpetual Preferred Stock (ticker: CHAD). The exercise of this option generated approximately $1.65 million in additional gross proceeds through the issuance of 206,250 shares of CHAD. The company has established an at-the-market (ATM) offering facility for up to $300 million of CHAD, with issuances intended to occur at or above the $10.00 stated amount of the preferred stock.
