DevvStream Corp. has announced that the special meeting of its shareholders, previously scheduled for September 10, 2026, has been postponed. The meeting is now rescheduled for September 17, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The meeting will continue to be held virtually.

This announcement comes in connection with a proposed business combination involving XCF Global Inc., DevvStream, and Southern Energy Renewables Inc. The postponement was made to provide additional time for preparations. XCF Global’s special meeting of stockholders has also been postponed, moving from September 10 to September 24, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, also to be held virtually.

The record date for determining shareholders entitled to vote at the DevvStream meeting remains the close of business on July 29, 2026. Stockholders who have already submitted proxies do not need to take further action unless they wish to change or revoke their votes. Previously submitted proxies will remain valid for the rescheduled meetings.

The companies have urged stockholders of record who have not yet voted to submit their proxies as soon as possible. The boards of directors for both XCF Global and DevvStream unanimously recommend voting “FOR” the proposals to be considered at the respective special meetings.

Investors are reminded to read the definitive joint proxy statement/prospectus, dated July 31, 2026, which was mailed to stockholders of record as of July 29, 2026. This document contains important information regarding the proposed transaction.
