Dave & Buster’s Entertainment, Inc. announced its financial results for the second quarter of fiscal 2026, which ended on August 4, 2026. The company reported a net loss of $12.5 million, or $0.36 per diluted share, compared to a net income of $11.4 million, or $0.32 per diluted share, in the prior year period. Total revenue for the quarter was $544.1 million, representing a decrease of 2.4% from the second quarter of fiscal 2025.

On a comparable store sales basis, the company saw a decline of 2.9% compared to the same calendar period in fiscal 2025. However, the company noted that same-store sales improved in July and continued to improve during the third quarter to date.
