CVRx, Inc. announced the appointment of John Landry as Chief Financial Officer, effective October 12, 2026. Mr. Landry will assume the CFO role on the day after the Company files its Form 10-Q for the quarter ending September 30, 2026. He succeeds Jared Oasheim, who previously disclosed his intention to resign as CFO in June 2026. Mr. Oasheim will remain with the company for a transition period.
Mr. Landry, age 54, currently serves as CFO of Nyxoah SA, a medical technology company focused on obstructive sleep apnea. He previously served as Senior Vice President, CFO, and Treasurer of Vapotherm Inc. from July 2020 to October 2024. Prior to Vapotherm, he held various financial leadership roles at Medtronic, Bottomline Technologies, and Hussey Seating Company. Mr. Landry also serves on the board of directors of Liberate Medical, Inc.
The Compensation Committee of the Board approved Mr. Landry’s compensation package, which includes an initial annual base salary of $500,000 and a target cash incentive award of 50% of base salary. His initial equity awards consist of 75% stock options and 25% restricted stock units (RSUs), totaling 0.80% of the base total common shares outstanding as of the date his employment commences. The equity awards will be granted under the Nasdaq inducement grant exemption. The package also includes reimbursement of travel expenses and standard severance terms.
