Crane Company announced on September 14, 2026, that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the U.S. pump business from Trillium Flow Technologies. The transaction is valued at approximately $240 million. According to the filing, the purchase price represents a multiple of approximately 14.6x the estimated 2026 adjusted EBITDA of the acquired business.

The acquired business includes highly recognized brands such as Floway, Wemco, Roto-Jet, and WSP. These brands provide mission-critical pumping solutions primarily for U.S. municipal water and wastewater markets. The business is expected to generate full-year revenue of approximately $115 million. The company noted that the acquired assets benefit from a large installed base, which supports recurring service, repair, retrofit, and replacement demand throughout the asset lifecycle.

Crane stated that the acquisition is an excellent strategic fit for its Process Flow Technologies segment. The company intends to expand its position in highly engineered pump technologies and increase exposure to resilient water and wastewater markets. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions, including applicable regulatory approvals.
