Corteva, Inc. has completed the separation of its seed operating segment into a new, publicly traded company named Vylor Inc., as reported in a filing dated September 29, 2026. The transaction, which was previously announced, was finalized at 12:03 a.m. New York City time on October 1, 2026.

Under the terms of the separation, Corteva distributed all outstanding shares of Vylor common stock to holders of Corteva common stock as of the close of business on September 24, 2026.
