Columbus Acquisition Corp has announced the adjournment of its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders without conducting any business. The meeting, originally scheduled for September 10, 2026, was called to vote on proposals contained in a definitive proxy statement filed on August 19, 2026. The primary proposal on the agenda was the approval of a proposed business combination with WISeSat.Space Corp.

The Company stated that the Meeting was adjourned by the Chairman as to all proposals, including the merger with WISeSat.Space Corp. The Company indicated that it will announce the date for the reconvened Meeting and a new redemption deadline in the coming days. Shareholders who wish to exercise redemption rights must complete the procedures described in the Proxy Statement by this new deadline.

As of September 8, 2026, there was approximately $10.66 per share in trust. The record date for determining shareholders entitled to vote remains the close of business on August 17, 2026. Shareholders as of this date are eligible to vote, even if they have subsequently sold their shares. The Company is concurrently filing a supplement to the Proxy Statement dated September 11, 2026, with the SEC.
