Clover Health Investments, Corp. announced on September 24, 2026, that it has appointed former U.S. Senator Robert G. Torricelli and Dr. Brian J. Miller to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. The appointments fill two previously disclosed vacancies, bringing the total number of directors to nine.

Senator Torricelli has been appointed to the Board’s Audit Committee. He is the founder of Rosemont Associates, a business strategy firm founded in 2002, and a founder of Woodrose Properties, a real estate development firm founded in 2003. He previously represented New Jersey in the U.S. Senate from 1997 to 2003 and in the U.S. House of Representatives from 1983 to 1997. Since 2022, he has served on the board of Clover’s insurance subsidiaries.

Dr. Brian J. Miller has been appointed to the Board’s Clinical Committee. He is an Associate Professor of Medicine and Business at Johns Hopkins University and a practicing hospitalist at Johns Hopkins Hospital. He currently serves as a Commissioner on the Medicare Payment Advisory Commission (MedPAC) and as Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the North Carolina State Health Plan.

In connection with their service, both directors will receive a pro rata portion of the annual retainer for the Board and their respective committees. Additionally, each will be granted a restricted stock unit award covering shares of the Company’s Class A Common Stock with an RSU value of $200,000, pro-rated for the portion of the year they serve.
