City Holding Company (CHCO) announced the appointment of two new directors to its Board of Directors in a filing dated September 30, 2026. The appointees are Jessica Alsop and Vonda Huss. Both appointments are effective immediately, and the directors will stand for election at the Company’s 2027 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.

Jessica Alsop has been appointed as a Class I director, whose term will expire at the 2030 annual meeting. She holds a Juris Doctor from the West Virginia University College of Law and an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law. Alsop currently serves as the senior vice president and chief legal officer for the West Virginia University Health System, a role she has held since 2019. Prior to joining WVU Health System, she worked as in-house counsel for Noble Energy and spent 12 years in private practice at Jackson Kelly, where she served on the firm's Executive Committee and chaired the Recruiting Committee.

In addition to her corporate role, Alsop is active in community leadership. She currently serves as vice chair of the Board of Directors at The Education Alliance and has previously served on the boards of United Way of Monongalia & Preston Counties, Children's Therapy Clinic, and the Board of Trustees of the University of Charleston.

Vonda Huss was appointed as a Class II director. The filing notes that compensatory arrangements for both directors will be consistent with the standard arrangements for non-employee directors previously disclosed in the Company’s proxy statement for the 2026 Annual Meeting. As of the date of the filing, neither Alsop nor Huss has been appointed to any committees of the Company.

City National Bank of West Virginia, an affiliate of City Holding Company, also appointed Alsop and Huss to its Board of Directors effective September 30, 2026.
