Citius Oncology, a subsidiary of Citius Pharmaceuticals, Inc., announced preliminary, unaudited sales figures for its product LYMPHIR (denileukin diftitox-cxdl) for the fiscal fourth quarter ended September 30, 2026. The company reported a significant increase in unit sales to U.S. wholesalers during this period.

According to the filing, 792 units were purchased by U.S. wholesalers in the fiscal fourth quarter of 2026. This figure represents a 120% increase compared to the 360 units sold during the fiscal third quarter of 2026. The company attributes this growth to the expansion of its commercial team, which achieved nationwide coverage in August 2026.

In addition to wholesaler purchases, Citius Oncology reported that 950 LYMPHIR vials were ordered by prescribing centers from wholesalers during the fiscal fourth quarter. This represents a slight increase from the 926 vials ordered in the fiscal third quarter. As of the date of the press release, 54 institutions had ordered LYMPHIR, up from 44 institutions as of August 14, 2026.

The company noted that the unit information in the release is preliminary and unaudited. Actual results may differ upon completion of year-end closing procedures and the audit of fiscal 2026 financial statements. Citius Oncology expects to report complete fiscal fourth quarter and fiscal year 2026 results in December 2026 with the filing of its Annual Report on Form 10-K.

LYMPHIR is a targeted immunotherapy indicated for relapsed or refractory cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL) in Stage I–III disease after at least one prior systemic therapy. It was approved by the FDA and launched in the U.S. in December 2025.
