Citius Oncology, Inc. announced preliminary, unaudited sales data for its product LYMPHIR (denileukin diftitox-cxdl) for the fiscal fourth quarter ended September 30, 2026. The company reported that unit sales to U.S. wholesalers increased by 120% compared to the fiscal third quarter. Specifically, 792 units were purchased by U.S. wholesalers during the three months ended September 30, 2026, compared to 360 units for the prior quarter.
In addition to wholesaler purchases, the company noted that 950 LYMPHIR vials were ordered by prescribing centers from wholesalers during the fiscal fourth quarter. This figure represents a slight increase from the 926 vials ordered in the fiscal third quarter. As of the date of the release, 54 institutions had ordered LYMPHIR, up from 44 institutions as of August 14, 2026.
The company stated that its expanded commercial team achieved nationwide coverage in August. Management noted that it is now more than halfway to its goal of having LYMPHIR on formulary at 100 priority institutions by calendar year-end. Citius Oncology estimates the initial market for LYMPHIR exceeds $400 million and is growing.
The company expects to report complete fiscal fourth quarter and fiscal year 2026 results in December 2026 with the filing of its Annual Report on Form 10-K. The unit information in the release is preliminary and unaudited, based on management estimates, and subject to completion of year-end closing procedures and audit.
