Choice Hotels International, Inc. reported third-quarter 2026 results and updated its full-year financial outlook on November 2, 2026. The company announced an increase to its full-year RevPAR guidance, alongside revisions to its net income and adjusted EBITDA ranges.

For the third quarter ended September 30, 2026, the company reported net income of $58 million, or $1.28 per diluted share. Adjusted EBITDA totaled $193 million, and adjusted diluted EPS was $2.33. Total revenues for the quarter were $458 million.

Regarding the updated outlook, Choice Hotels raised the midpoint of its full-year 2026 adjusted EBITDA guidance range. The company cited stronger global RevPAR, a higher expected U.S. royalty rate expansion, and an estimated $1 million net benefit from the recent acquisition of Harvest Hosts and two recent hotel dispositions as drivers for this increase.

Conversely, the company lowered its net income guidance range. This revision reflects higher expected marketing and reservation system reimbursable expenses, a $24 million charge related to the termination of an arrangement involving an option to acquire a European hospitality business, and $6 million in non-cash impairment charges related to owned hotels.

In other developments, the company completed the sale of two owned hotels for estimated net cash proceeds of approximately $34 million in the period subsequent to quarter-end. Additionally, on October 1, 2026, Choice Hotels acquired Harvest Hosts, an asset-light RV travel subscription platform, for approximately $130 million.
