Cheetah Net Supply Chain Service Inc. has completed a reverse stock split of its Class A and Class B common stock, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

The reverse split, which took effect at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time on September 21, 2026, consolidated every 150 shares of Common Stock into one new share. The par value per share remained unchanged at $0.0001. As part of the transaction, any fractional shares resulting from the split were rounded up to the nearest whole share at the participant level.

Following the split, the company reported approximately 1,332,040 shares of Class A Common Stock and approximately 1,357 shares of Class B Common Stock issued and outstanding. The company’s Class A Common Stock is expected to begin trading on a post-split basis on The Nasdaq Capital Market at the market open on September 28, 2026, under the existing trading symbol “CTNT”.

The reverse stock split was approved by the company’s board of directors on August 11, 2026, and was previously authorized by stockholders on June 16, 2026, via written consent. The filing also notes that the company’s Amended and Restated 2024 Stock Incentive Plan was adjusted proportionately to reflect the split.
