Cheetah Net Supply Chain Service Inc. announced on September 15, 2026, that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of the membership interests of JoyPak Supply LLC. JoyPak is a Nevada limited liability company engaged in the sale of consumer, beauty, personal care, and other everyday-use products.

The transaction is structured as a Membership Interest Purchase Agreement between Cheetah Net and the Sellers, identified as Newland Asset Management LLC (Delaware) and Redwing Capital LLC (Texas). The aggregate purchase price for the Acquisition is $788,000, to be paid in cash. The payment schedule includes an initial payment of $88,000 due within two business days of the agreement's execution, with the remaining $700,000 due within two business days following the closing of the transaction.

The closing of the Acquisition is scheduled to occur no later than four weeks after the date of the Purchase Agreement. The filing indicates the closing is expected to take place on or about October 15, 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions, including the completion of the Company’s due diligence review.

Upon the successful closing of the transaction, JoyPak will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Cheetah Net Supply Chain Service Inc. The Company stated that the acquisition is intended to diversify its product mix and allow it to enter the consumer, beauty, personal care, and other everyday-use product categories. This move is part of the Company's broader strategy to expand its operations and develop additional sources of revenue.

Cheetah Net Supply Chain Service Inc. is currently engaged in logistics, warehousing, and international trading. The Company previously acquired Super International Trading Limited in May 2026 and has since commenced the international trading of large-scale industrial equipment.
