Cenntro Inc. (NASDAQ: CENN) announced on November 3, 2026, that it has begun delivering its LS450 electric trucks in the United States under government incentive programs. The company reported that it has completed 20 deliveries of the LS450 under the New York Truck Voucher Incentive Program (NYTVIP). These deliveries have generated more than $2.44 million in total revenue.

In addition to the New York program, Cenntro stated that the LS450 has qualified for and been listed under the California Clean Fuel Reward (CCFR) and the New Jersey Zero-Emission Incentive Program (NJ ZIP). The company plans to deliver LS450 trucks under the New York City Clean Trucks Program (NYCCTP) as well.

According to the filing, the company views participation in these incentive programs as a key part of its strategy to expand LS450 adoption in the U.S. market. These programs are designed to reduce the upfront cost of electric commercial vehicles for fleet operators. Cenntro noted that customer incentives remain subject to each program’s eligibility requirements, funding availability, and approval process.

Peter Wang, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cenntro, commented on the deliveries, stating, "Delivering 20 LS450 trucks under New York State’s incentive program is an important step in expanding our U.S. commercial vehicle business." He added that the programs help lower the upfront investment for eligible customers and support their transition to electric vehicles.
