Celestica Inc. announced executive leadership changes effective October 1, 2026. The company stated that Mandeep Chawla, the current Chief Financial Officer, will be appointed to a newly created role as Group President, Global Markets. Simultaneously, Todd Ankenmann will succeed Chawla as Chief Financial Officer.
In his new position, Chawla will oversee the company's commercial execution and global market expansion. The company noted that this structure is intended to drive operational velocity and scale the business to capture accelerating demand across its end markets. Chawla has served as CFO since 2017 and joined Celestica in 2010. Prior to joining the company, he spent nearly a decade at General Electric and held senior leadership roles in the engineering and life sciences sectors.
Todd Ankenmann will assume the role of CFO. Ankenmann joined Celestica in 2018 and most recently served as Senior Vice President, Finance. Before joining Celestica, he spent over a decade in senior finance leadership roles at General Electric. The company highlighted his deep understanding of the business model and financial management.
The company also disclosed compensation details for the new roles. In connection with his new position, Mandeep Chawla’s salary will increase to $750,000. His target incentive under the Celestica Team Incentive Plan (CTI) will increase to 120%. He will also be granted an equity award with a grant date target value of $1,700,000, composed of 40% restricted share units and 60% performance share units.
Todd Ankenmann’s salary will increase to $600,000, and his target incentive under the CTI will increase to 80%. He will be granted an equity award with a grant date target value of $1,450,000, also composed of 40% RSUs and 60% PSUs. Neither executive has a family relationship with any director or executive officer of the company.
