On October 30, 2026, Celestica Inc. (NYSE: CLS; TSX: CLS) announced that the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) has accepted the Company's notice to launch a new Normal Course Issuer Bid (NCIB). The program allows Celestica to repurchase up to 3,132,127 of its common shares, representing approximately 2.5 percent of the public float as of October 20, 2026.

The repurchase period is scheduled to commence on November 3, 2026, and terminate on November 2, 2027. Purchases are expected to be made through the TSX, the New York Stock Exchange, other designated exchanges, or alternative trading systems at prevailing market prices. The program will be funded using existing cash resources and available credit facilities. Celestica has also entered into an automatic share purchase plan (ASPP) with a designated broker to facilitate purchases during blackout periods.
