CareCloud, Inc. announced the appointment of Bonnie Boyer as Chief Financial Officer, effective October 1, 2026. Ms. Boyer will succeed Norman Roth, who has served as Interim Chief Financial Officer for more than two years. Mr. Roth will transition to the role of Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer.
Mrs. Boyer joined CareCloud in July 2026 as Assistant Chief Financial Officer. She brings more than 15 years of finance leadership experience, including serving as Chief Financial Officer of Guident Corp., an autonomous technology company, where she led IPO readiness initiatives. Previously, she served as Chief Accounting Officer of Sagent M&C and held senior finance roles at KEMET Corporation, a NYSE-listed company acquired by YAGEO Corporation.
On September 28, 2026, CareCloud entered into an executive employment agreement with Ms. Boyer. Her annual base salary is set at $300,000, with an annual target bonus equal to 30% of her base salary. The agreement outlines severance terms, including six months of base salary continuation and COBRA premium payments if her employment is terminated without cause or if the agreement is not renewed. In the event of a termination due to a change of control, she is eligible for salary continuation for the remainder of her term, not less than 24 months, plus her target bonus.
CEO Stephen Snyder stated that the company has transformed into a profitable, AI-powered healthcare technology platform and is entering a new chapter of growth. He noted that CareCloud generated strong cash flow under Mr. Roth’s leadership and enters this next chapter with 2026 guidance of approximately $130 million in revenue.
