Capri Holdings Limited announced the appointment of Catherine So as Chief Legal and Sustainability Officer, effective October 19, 2026. Ms. So will report to John D. Idol, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company.
Ms. So joins Capri from Tiffany & Co., where she most recently served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. In this role, she oversaw legal, compliance, intellectual property, litigation, governance, and brand protection functions across the global business. She joined Tiffany & Co. in 2015 and held several leadership positions there, including Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer, before being named General Counsel in 2021.
Prior to her tenure at Tiffany & Co., Ms. So held senior legal positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Eastern District of New York. She began her legal career in private practice with Debevoise & Plimpton.
