Capital Southwest Corporation (Nasdaq: CSWC) entered into a Fourth Amended and Restated Senior Secured Revolving Credit Agreement on September 2, 2026. The agreement, established by the Company, ING Capital LLC, and Texas Capital Bank, modifies the terms of the Corporate Credit Facility.
The amendment increases the total commitments under the facility from $510 million to $595 million. It also expands the uncommitted accordion feature, allowing the maximum commitments to potentially increase from $750 million to $1 billion. The revolving period of the facility has been extended from August 2, 2027, to September 2, 2030, with the final maturity date moving from August 2, 2028, to September 2, 2031.
Other changes include a reduction in the applicable margin from 2.15% to 2.00% and the removal of the SOFR adjustment. Unused commitment fees have been lowered from a range of 0.50% to 1.00% per annum to a range of 0.50% to 0.75% per annum, based on utilization. Certain financial covenants were also amended as part of the agreement.
