The Campbell’s Company has entered into an amendment to its existing credit agreement, extending the maturity date of its revolving credit facility by one year. According to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission dated September 16, 2026, the company executed an Extension Agreement with JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., acting as the administrative agent, and the other lenders named in the agreement.

The original agreement, valued at $1.85 billion, was established on April 16, 2024. Under the terms of the amendment, the maturity date for the credit facility has been pushed back from April 16, 2030, to April 16, 2031. The filing notes that all other terms and conditions of the original credit agreement remain in full force and effect.

The amendment is filed as Exhibit 10.1 to the current report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference. The company’s executive vice president and chief financial officer, Todd E. Cunfer, signed the report on September 17, 2026.
