Wells Fargo Commercial Mortgage Securities, Inc. has announced that C-IV Asset Management LLC will assume the role of special servicer for two specific mortgage loans within the WFCM 2019-C51 pool. These loans are the Nova Place Mortgage Loan and the 450-460 Park Avenue South Mortgage Loan.

The transition is part of a broader corporate restructuring involving Greystone Servicing Company LLC. On September 1, 2026, Greystone sold and conveyed substantially all of the assets of its special servicing division to C-IV AM. As of June 30, 2026, Greystone was the named special servicer for approximately 60 transactions, representing roughly 1,928 first-lien mortgage loans with an aggregate stated principal balance of approximately $20.7 billion. This portfolio includes assets in multifamily, office, retail, hospitality, and industrial sectors across the United States. C-IV AM notes that it has resolved or participated in the resolution of 6,017 total assets with an aggregate principal balance of approximately $60.7 billion since its inception in 2002.
