HIVE Digital Technologies Ltd. announced on September 16, 2026, that its wholly owned subsidiary, BUZZ High Performance Computing Inc., has entered into a strategic partnership with ProCogia, a Vancouver-based applied-AI and data engineering company. The agreement is designed to provide enterprise and small- and medium-sized business (SMB) clients across Canada, the United States, and Europe with end-to-end sovereign AI solutions.
Under the terms of the arrangement, ProCogia will procure dedicated GPU capacity from BUZZ HPC's Canadian data centers. This infrastructure will be used to power ProCogia's own artificial intelligence products and client workloads, as well as to build sandbox environments for testing AI solutions. In return, ProCogia will serve as a preferred applied-AI services partner for BUZZ HPC's existing customers, offering services such as LLM development, bespoke model training, and vertical AI product integration.
The companies intend to jointly market their combined sovereign-compute and applied-AI capabilities to international markets. ProCogia will deploy its proprietary ZeroBoxx AI framework and vertical AI products, including CallYeah for healthcare and PolyKode for regulated code migration, on BUZZ HPC's infrastructure.
BUZZ HPC has expanded its Canadian infrastructure significantly in recent months, including a 4x expansion of liquid-cooled AI data center capacity in British Columbia and a 320 MW sovereign AI infrastructure build-out in the Greater Toronto Area. The partnership is intended to support Canadian government priorities to expand domestic access to hardware and compute.
