On September 21, 2026, Brown-Forman Corporation completed the sale of $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.375% Notes due 2031. The Notes were issued pursuant to an indenture dated April 2, 2007, as supplemented by indentures from December 13, 2010, and June 24, 2015, with U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association, acting as trustee.

The offering was managed by a group of underwriters including Barclays Capital Inc., BofA Securities Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, and U.S. Bancorp Investments Inc.
