According to the disclosure, Brinker anticipates achieving 4% to 6% annual revenue growth through fiscal 2029. This growth is expected to be supported by a unit growth rate of 2% to 3%.
The company plans to ramp its new restaurant openings to 30 units annually by fiscal 2029 across significant new trade areas. In addition to organic growth, Brinker targets a share repurchase program representing 3% to 5% of its outstanding shares annually, subject to board approval.
Regarding profitability, Brinker projects double-digit annual percent growth in net income per diluted share, excluding special items and non-GAAP measures.
