The financing was led by Dr. Allan Evans, a drone industry executive, who participated in his personal capacity. The company stated that the investment is not a corporate transaction between Brightline and Unusual Machines. Other investors also participated in the offering.
Brightline intends to use the net proceeds from the financing to support the continued development of its SpatialCore platform and to fund the company's expansion into new markets and use cases.
