BranchOut Food Inc. (NASDAQ: BOF) announced on October 22, 2026, that it expects to exit the fourth quarter of 2026 with record revenue, marking a significant shift toward a recurring business model. The company projects fourth-quarter revenue of $6 million to $7 million, representing a 50% to 75% increase year over year.

Management estimates that at the midpoint of this range, the company will achieve an annualized run rate of approximately $26 million. This figure is roughly 80% higher than the company's expected full-year 2026 revenue of $14 million to $15 million.

The anticipated growth is driven by increased factory production and the launch of major everyday retail programs. The company has established a recurring revenue base of approximately $4 million per quarter, supported by a new everyday retail program at a warehouse club retailer and five branded products now on shelves at a leading U.S. mass retailer.

Production reached a record 55,000 kilograms in September, with the company targeting 60,000 to 70,000 kilograms per month during Q4. Management estimates the company reaches cash operating breakeven at approximately 55,000 kilograms of monthly production, or about $21 million in annual revenue.

In addition to its retail expansion, the company’s industrial ingredient business is growing. Ingredient revenue is projected to grow from approximately $2 million in 2025 to $6 million to $7 million in 2026 and more than $10 million in 2027.

BranchOut also announced it has commenced an underwritten public offering of its common stock to fund its operating plan and growth initiatives.
