Bitmine Immersion Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: BMNR) reported that its crypto holdings, combined with cash and marketable securities, totaled $14.5 billion as of November 1, 2026. The company disclosed that it holds 6,060,506 Ethereum (ETH) tokens valued at $2,261 per ETH, according to Coinbase. This represents 4.9% of the total ETH supply of 122.2 million.
In addition to its ETH holdings, Bitmine reported owning 216 Bitcoin (BTC), an $180 million stake in Beast Industries, and an $82 million stake in Eightco Holdings (NASDAQ: ORBS). The company also holds $498 million in total cash and marketable securities.
Bitmine stated that it has staked 5,227,037 ETH, valued at $11.8 billion, on its MAVAN (Made in America VAlidator Network) platform. The company noted that it has purchased ETH every week since June 30, 2025.
Chairman Thomas "Tom" Lee commented on the recent Binance theft, stating that the muted market reaction to the incident—whereby ETH fell 4% compared to an 8% drop following the ByBit theft in February 2025—indicates the crypto industry is becoming more resilient. Lee outlined six reasons for this resilience, including Binance's financial capability to cover losses and the FBI naming North Korea as the perpetrator within two days.
The company also referenced its goal to acquire 5% of the total ETH supply, noting it is 99% of the way to this target. Bitmine remains the largest ETH treasury in the world, ranking second globally behind Strategy Inc. in total treasury size.
