Bioforce Nanosciences Holdings, Inc. has entered into a priority servicing agreement for an oil and gas property located in Liberty County, Texas. The assignment was executed on September 28, 2026, by the State of Texas’ General Land Office (GLO) to Bioforce Nanoscience, Inc., the company’s operating subsidiary.
The agreement covers approximately 40.19 acres of land. The property is identified by General Land Office Mineral File/Lease No. MF121453, Parcel C (SCH155856), and includes the mineral estate and all appurtenances, such as wells, equipment, fixtures, permits, and related personal property.
Both the assignor, CELT eResources, LLC, and the assignee, Bioforce Nanoscience, Inc., are controlled by Nexus Capital Investments, Inc. The assignment was approved by the Liberty County Clerk's Office on October 2, 2026, and sent to the GLO for recording. Bioforce is now responsible for all lease-related activities, applicable statutes, and GLO rules.
