BCB Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: BCBP) announced a series of leadership changes and board appointments effective October 7, 2026. The company reorganized its legal department and C-Suite, appointing Patricia M. Schaubeck as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary for both the Company and its subsidiary, BCB Community Bank.
Ms. Schaubeck, age 66, is an attorney admitted to practice in New York. Her previous roles include Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Dime Community Bancshares, Inc. (2018–2024), and General Counsel positions at Sun Bancorp, Suffolk Bancorp, and various law firms. She will receive an annual base salary of $444,600.
Separately, the Board of Directors appointed Steven E. Gallotta and Denny Kim to serve on the boards of both BCB Bancorp and BCB Community Bank. Their terms will run until the 2027 annual meeting of shareholders.
Mr. Gallotta will serve on the Audit Committee. He brings over 35 years of financial services experience, including a long tenure at KPMG as an audit partner in the New York Financial Services Practice. He is a certified public accountant licensed in New York and previously served on the boards of Sterling Bank & Trust FSB and Sterling Bancorp, Inc.
Mr. Kim will serve on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. He is the Founder of Whale Point Capital and Managing Principal of 7911 Partners. His prior experience includes senior investment roles at WL Ross & Co. and J.C. Flowers & Co., as well as board service at Sterling Bank & Trust FSB and Sterling Bancorp, Inc.
Both new directors are classified as independent under applicable Company and Nasdaq standards and will receive compensation consistent with other non-employee directors.
