Bally’s Corporation announced on October 2, 2026, that it has closed a financing agreement to support the development of its Bally’s Bronx project. The company entered into an amended and restated loan and security agreement with WhiteHawk Capital Partners, LP, acting as agent for the lenders.
The agreement provides Bally’s with an initial term loan commitment of $400 million, which was fully funded on October 1, 2026. The company stated that the proceeds from this initial funding will be used to pay pre-construction costs and expenditures associated with the Bronx project, with a portion applied to general corporate purposes, including transaction fees and closing expenses.
In addition to the initial $400 million, the agreement includes an additional $160 million in delayed draw term loan commitments. These funds remain available for future draws to support the continued development of the project.
The Bally’s Bronx project is a $4.0 billion integrated casino development. The company expects the project to open by 2030. The facility is planned to include 3 million square feet of gaming space, a 500-room hotel, a 2,000-person event center, and an 18-hole world-class golf course.
Bally’s Corporation was advised by Citizens Capital Markets & Advisory for the transaction. Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP served as the company’s legal advisor.
