Associated Banc-Corp has announced that Randall J. Erickson, the company's Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary, will retire from his role. The retirement is set to take effect on October 13, 2026.
Under the terms of an Employment Transition – Letter Agreement dated September 21, 2026, Mr. Erickson will remain with the company in an advisory capacity. He will serve as an Attorney-Advisor from the Effective Date until January 4, 2027, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer. His duties and authority during this period will be determined by the CEO and the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.
The filing outlines several material terms of the transition agreement. Mr. Erickson will retain his current base salary through the Retirement Date. He will also maintain all vested rights in the company's 401(k) plan, the Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan, and the Retirement Account Plan.
