Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc. has completed the sale of the Embassy Suites Philadelphia Airport hotel located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The transaction was executed by Ashford Philly LP, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Ashford Trust, on October 6, 2026.
The hotel was sold to SSN 9000 Bartram Road LLC pursuant to an Agreement of Purchase and Sale dated July 27, 2026. The total consideration received by Ashford Trust for the property was approximately $25.2 million in cash, net of selling expenses. Additionally, the company paid approximately $24.6 million to the mortgage lender to repay the loan secured by the hotel.
The 263-room Embassy Suites Philadelphia Airport was one of 12 hotels securing the mortgage loan that was paid off as part of the transaction.
