Arlo Technologies, Inc. announced on October 27, 2026, that its Board of Directors has approved a new stock repurchase program. The authorization allows the company to repurchase up to an aggregate of $100 million of its common stock.

The program is scheduled to run through December 31, 2028, unless extended or shortened by the Board. Repurchases will be conducted through open market transactions executed in a manner deemed to be in the best interests of the company and its stockholders, taking into account economic costs and prevailing market conditions.

Arlo’s Chief Executive Officer, Matthew McRae, stated that the authorization reflects the board’s and management’s belief that the company’s shares are undervalued relative to its long-term value. The company noted that the program underscores its commitment to delivering value to stockholders while continuing to invest in other pillars of its capital allocation plan.

The repurchases are expected to be effected pursuant to Rule 10b-18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
