Apyx Medical Corporation (NASDAQ: APYX) announced on September 29, 2026, the publication of new clinical data in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery — Global Open. The study evaluates the effects of the company's Renuvion helium plasma radiofrequency technology on biological markers of skin quality.

The prospective, single-arm, post-market study was conducted at two U.S. investigational sites and involved seven patients undergoing lower rhytidectomy, or facelift, surgery. Six participants completed the Day 180 visit. The study compared Renuvion-treated subdermal tissue against untreated internal control areas.

Physician and patient assessments showed that 100% of participants demonstrated improvement in aesthetic scores. Additionally, 100% of participants reported satisfaction with their treatment outcomes and indicated they would recommend the procedure to others. Participants reported noticeable improvements in skin elasticity, radiance, and youthfulness.
