The financial services firm is reportedly looking to secure a blockbuster financing package to support its capital expenditure in this area.

The news comes alongside reports that other major technology and infrastructure companies, including Oracle Corp. (ORCL) and Broadcom Inc. (AVGO), are also pursuing significant debt offerings. Additionally, Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (SPCX) is noted as seeking a major debt deal. All three companies are reportedly aiming to raise funds to pay for the purchase of AI chips.
