The amendment was executed on September 22, 2026, by Anteris Aus Operations Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Anteris Technologies Global Corp., and Harvey Industries Group Pty Ltd. The original agreement was executed on May 24, 2024.
Under the terms of the amendment, the term of the agreement is extended to the earlier of December 31, 2026, or the date a separate supply and quality agreement intended to replace the current agreement is executed. All other material terms of the original agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
