Anteris Technologies Global Corp. has announced the appointment of Brent Moen as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective September 11, 2026. Mr. Moen, age 59, succeeds Matthew McDonnell, who will transition to the role of Head of Australia on the same date.
According to the filing, Mr. Moen brings over 25 years of leadership experience, having previously served as Chief Financial Officer for LifeLens Technologies from September 2023 to March 2026, Tactile Systems Technology from September 2018 to April 2023, and Entellus Medical from May 2016 to March 2018. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of North Dakota.
The Company entered into an employment agreement with Mr. Moen that outlines his compensation and benefits. The agreement stipulates an annual base salary of $475,000. Additionally, he is eligible for a short-term annual bonus of up to 50% of his base salary, subject to performance metrics established by the Board of Directors or its Compensation Committee.
Mr. Moen is also eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive plan. A specific 2026 calendar year long-term incentive compensation award with a total target value of $500,000 has been approved. This award consists of nonqualified stock options with a target value of $500,000, an exercise price equal to the fair market value of the Company’s common stock on the Date of Grant, and a 10-year term. The options will vest in substantially equal installments over the first three anniversaries of the grant date.
The employment agreement includes severance benefits in the event of termination without cause, such as nine months of base salary continuation and reimbursement of 100% of COBRA premiums for up to nine months, contingent upon the execution of a release of claims. The agreement also includes standard confidentiality, non-solicitation, and invention assignment obligations.
Mr. Moen will also enter into the Company’s standard form of indemnification agreement. The filing confirms there are no family relationships between Mr. Moen and any director or executive officer of the Company, nor are there any other material interests in transactions required to be disclosed.
