On September 17, 2026, American Tower Corporation announced the election of Kristen M. Ludgate to its Board of Directors. Ms. Ludgate will serve as a director and member of the Compensation and Human Capital Committee, effective immediately. Her term will extend until the Company’s 2027 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Ms. Ludgate most recently served as Chief People Officer of HP Inc. from 2021 to 2025. Prior to that, she spent over 15 years at 3M Company, holding roles including Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President of Communications and Enterprise Services. She currently serves on the board of Associated Banc-Corp, where she chairs the Compensation and Benefits committee.
In related news, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash distribution of $1.79 per share on shares of its common stock. The distribution is payable on October 20, 2026, to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 30, 2026. The Company also noted that Ms. Ludgate will receive the standard compensation for non-employee directors.
