AMC Robotics Corporation (Nasdaq: AMCI) filed an 8-K on September 21, 2026, disclosing an update regarding the construction of its manufacturing facility in Bac Ninh, Vietnam. The facility is operated through the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, AMCV Company Limited.
The Company stated that it is targeting the commissioning of its Phase 1 production line by the end of 2026. The facility is designed to support the production of the Company's current robotics products and related core modules. Initial trial production is expected to commence in early 2027.
Management estimates that the production line will generate approximately $30 million in annual production output based on current indicative purchasing interest from potential customers in the United States, Japan, and Southeast Asia. The facility is also expected to have a maximum production capacity of tens of millions of modules.
The manufacturing investment is supported by the global warehouse automation market, which Mordor Intelligence estimates at $34.17 billion in 2026 and projected to reach $65.74 billion by 2031. AMC Robotics selected Vietnam for its well-established electronics supply chain and skilled manufacturing workforce.
The management team at the Vietnam facility is led by General Manager Aron Wang, who brings over 20 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, including chip-on-board (COB), surface mount technology (SMT), and optical packaging at companies such as Siemens and ASMPT. The Company expects to grow its local team to approximately 20 to 25 employees by early 2027.
AMC Robotics’ products include the Kyro quadruped robotic platform and the NovaArm warehouse logistics sorting robot.
