Albertsons Companies, Inc. announced the appointment of three new directors to its Board of Directors, effective October 14, 2026. The appointments expand the company's board from 11 to 14 members. The new directors are William P. Boltz, Chris Drumgoole, and Margaret M. Ham.

William P. Boltz currently serves as Executive Vice President of Merchandising at Lowe's Companies, overseeing merchandising and omnichannel strategy across more than 1,700 stores. He has over four decades of experience in retail, holding senior roles at Lowe's, The Home Depot, Sears, and Chevron North America.

Chris Drumgoole is the Chief Operating Officer of Aligned Data Centers, where he leads operations and technology. Previously, he served as President of Global Infrastructure Services at DXC Technology and Chief Information Officer at General Electric. His background includes leading large-scale technology organizations and digital transformation initiatives.

Margaret M. Ham is a seasoned grocery executive who most recently served as President of Food Lion, a $22 billion grocery business with over 1,100 stores. During her tenure, she led a turnaround that delivered 50 consecutive quarters of comparable-store sales growth. She currently serves on the board of Tractor Supply Company.

In addition to the board appointments, the company announced the appointment of Cody Perdue as Interim Chief Financial Officer. Perdue, age 43, currently serves as Senior Vice President of Treasury, Investor Relations and Risk Management. He will replace Sharon McCollam, who is retiring as President and CFO but will remain in an advisory role through the end of the fiscal year. Perdue will receive a stipend of $350,000 annually during his tenure as Interim CFO.
