She also served as the United States Ambassador to Kenya from July 2022 until November 2024. Additionally, Whitman has served on the corporate boards of Procter & Gamble and General Motors, and currently serves on the boards of CoreWeave, Inc., Motive Technologies, and Fervo Energy.
Regarding compensation, Whitman will receive an annual base salary of $100,000. She will also be granted time-based restricted stock units with a grant date value of $8.9 million, which will vest in one year subject to continued employment. The filing confirms there are no arrangements or understandings between Whitman and any other person regarding her selection, nor are there any family relationships between Whitman and any director or executive officer of the Company.
