Artificial Intelligence Technology Solutions, Inc. (AITX) announced on October 6, 2026, that its wholly owned subsidiary, Robotic Assistance Devices, Inc. (RAD), has received a third order for a ROAMEO autonomous security patrol vehicle from a longtime global logistics client. The client, which provides security services to a leading cosmetics manufacturer, is expanding its use of autonomous patrol units to reduce costs compared to traditional manned security patrols.

The client’s first ROAMEO unit is currently deployed and fully operational. The second unit is scheduled for deployment in October 2026, and the newly ordered third unit is expected to be deployed by the end of the calendar year. This latest order follows a separate announcement on October 5, 2026, detailing additional expansion orders from the same client across other RAD solutions.

According to the filing, ROAMEO is designed to autonomously patrol mapped routes, detect activity, and engage through onboard communication systems. RAD solutions are intended to help security teams extend their reach while reducing reliance on personnel for repetitive duties. The company notes that RAD technologies are designed to integrate with leading industry platforms and workflows, including Immix software.

AITX describes its primary subsidiary, RAD-I, as redefining the nearly $50 billion U.S. security and guarding services industry through an AI-driven Solutions-as-a-Service model. The company states that its solutions are deployed across a wide range of industries, including enterprises, government, transportation, critical infrastructure, education, and healthcare.
