Artificial Intelligence Technology Solutions, Inc. (AITX) announced on September 16, 2026, that its subsidiary, Robotic Assistance Devices, Inc. (RAD), has received orders for nine standalone ROSA units. Each unit is licensed with SARA (Speaking Autonomous Responsive Agent) technology. The orders consist of six units for a new national automotive customer and three units for an existing construction customer.

The six-unit order represents RAD's first business with a major national automotive retailer. The units are being placed through an established security dealer for deployment at a location operated by the automotive customer. The three-unit order is a repeat deployment for a longstanding construction-sector customer, one of RAD's earliest adopters.

All nine units are expected to be deployed by the end of October 2026, during the Company's third quarter of fiscal year 2027. The press release states that ROSA remains the commercial workhorse of the Company's stationary security platform. The units are designed to support RAD's installed base and recurring revenue growth across customer locations.

ROSA is a self-contained security and communication solution that can be installed and activated in approximately 15 minutes. It features AI-driven security analytics, including human, firearm, and vehicle detection, license plate recognition, and responsive digital signage. RAD has published seven case studies detailing the use of ROSA in environments such as construction sites, mobile home parks, and retail centers.

The Company notes that publicly announced orders may represent only a portion of RAD's total order activity during any given period due to confidentiality restrictions regarding customer identities and locations. AITX develops its AI-based solutions in-house and operates through a family of companies, including PURSUON, Inc., Robotic Assistance Devices Residential, and Robotic Assistance Devices Group.
