Artificial Intelligence Technology Solutions, Inc. (AITX) announced on September 14, 2026, that the integration of its subsidiary, Robotic Assistance Devices, Inc. (RAD), with the Immix platform is now available for use. This integration supports RAD's ROSA and RIO platforms, connecting them with Immix's professional monitoring software. The release follows the completion of user acceptance testing (UAT) and months of joint engineering work that began when the companies first announced the integration in March.
The integration is designed to streamline workflows for central stations, security integrators, and enterprise users already operating within the Immix ecosystem. It allows operators to view alarm footage, playback capabilities, and pre-alarm recording alongside RAD's AI-driven automation. Additionally, supported RAD devices can provide audio transmit and relay control, enabling operators to initiate deterrent measures.
According to the filing, one of the largest guarding and monitoring companies in the United States was involved in validating the functionality and user experience of the integration. A second large guarding and monitoring company has begun its evaluation this month. RAD and Immix expect to expand the integration over time, with support for RAD's AVA platform planned for 2027.
The press release includes a cautionary statement regarding forward-looking statements, noting risks such as the integration not performing as expected, slower adoption than anticipated, and the Company's history of losses and negative working capital.
