Artificial Intelligence Technology Solutions, Inc. (AITX) announced on September 24, 2026, that its subsidiary, Robotic Assistance Devices, Inc. (RAD), will implement price increases across its hardware security solution lineup. The adjustment is effective September 22, 2026, and is intended to offset rising costs associated with materials, electronic components, freight, manufacturing, and regulatory compliance.
Specific pricing changes include a measured increase of approximately 6% for channel partner pricing of the ROSA and AVA product lines. The RIO product family, which features steel-intensive, self-contained solar-powered platforms, will see higher percentage adjustments due to increased costs related to materials and freight. Pricing for the ROAMEO product line remains unchanged.
The company stated that previously quoted opportunities remain valid at their original pricing through October 31, 2026. New quotes and sales orders for opportunities not previously quoted will reflect the revised pricing.
Steve Reinharz, CEO and founder of AITX and RAD, noted that while higher pricing may affect some incoming sales activity in the near term, the company expects its expanding product lineup to more than offset that effect. This includes SARA deployments and the release of an innovative new hardware item expected to be announced within the next four weeks.
