AGNT, Inc. has announced a leadership transition effective October 8, 2026. Glenn Sanford, the company's founder and current Chief Executive Officer, will step down from his executive role but will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board. Sanford recommended Leo Pareja for the position of Chief Executive Officer to facilitate the succession plan.

Leo Pareja, age 44, has been appointed as the new CEO. He previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of eXp Realty, a wholly owned subsidiary of AGNT, since April 2024. Prior to that role, he held positions as Chief Strategy Officer and President of Affiliated Services at eXp Realty. Pareja brings over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, including a tenure as CEO and co-founder of Remine, Inc., which was acquired by MLS Technology Holdings, LLC in October 2021.

The Board of Directors unanimously appointed Mr. Pareja to the CEO role on October 6, 2026. In connection with his appointment, the Company entered into an Employment Agreement with Mr. Pareja effective October 8, 2026. The agreement has an initial five-year term, subject to earlier termination, and includes an annual base salary of $1,800,000.

The employment package includes a promotional equity grant consisting of 1,060,814 stock options and 573,588 restricted stock units. The stock options are subject to performance-based vesting over a five-year period based on the Company’s total shareholder return relative to a peer group. The restricted stock units will vest in equal quarterly installments over three years. Additionally, beginning in 2027, Mr. Pareja is eligible to receive an annual equity award valued at $4,897,500 for the first year, with the grant-date value determined by the Board for subsequent years.

The agreement outlines severance benefits, including 18 months of continued base salary and COBRA benefits if employment is terminated without cause or if Mr. Pareja resigns for good reason. The transition is intended to support the Company's growth strategy and its expansion as a multi-model platform.
