AGCO Corporation announced a restructuring of its executive leadership team on October 5, 2026, aimed at simplifying the organization and strengthening accountability. The changes, which took effect immediately, consolidate key functions and reduce the executive team by one member.

Stefan Caspari, previously Senior Vice President of Customer Success & North America Ag, has been appointed as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Fendt/Valtra & Product Management. In this expanded role, Caspari will continue to lead AGCO's North American agricultural business while assuming global leadership of the Fendt and Valtra brands. Caspari joined AGCO in 2014 and has held senior roles in commercial operations, global strategy, and smart farming technology.

As part of the consolidation, Torsten Dehner, the current Senior Vice President and General Manager of Global Fendt/Valtra and Product Management, will step down from his role effective October 5, 2026. He will remain with the company based in Switzerland to support the transition. Dehner will be entitled to severance benefits described in his Employment Agreement with AGCO International GmbH dated January 1, 2020, subject to the terms of the agreement.

Other leadership changes include Luis Felli, who will become Senior Vice President and General Manager of Massey Ferguson, Parts & Customer Support, adding responsibility for the global Aftersales and Parts organization. Damon Audia has been named President of PTx, Corporate Strategy & Distribution, adding responsibility for the Global Distribution Management organization.
