Agassi Sports Entertainment Corp. (ASE) announced the formation of a new wholly-owned subsidiary, Let’s Play, LLC, on October 1, 2026. The Nevada limited liability company will serve as the facilities division for ASE, focusing on the acquisition, development, and operation of pickleball and padel facilities globally.
The company appointed Jonathan Fornaci as the President of Let’s Play, LLC. Mr. Fornaci brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience across technology, security, franchising, fitness, ecommerce, and real estate, including experience leading merger and acquisition transactions.
Under Mr. Fornaci’s leadership, Let’s Play plans to pursue growth across four primary pillars:
- International Master License Agreements: Granting exclusive country master licenses to operators to build Let’s Play clubs in their markets.
- Hotels and Resorts: Partnering with destination properties to bring branded racket sports facilities and programming.
- Domestic Clubs and Facilities: Acquiring existing pickleball and padel clubs in the U.S. to convert to the Let’s Play brand and collaborating with select clubs.
- Let’s Play Membership: A future global community designed to connect players to partner clubs worldwide through a single membership.
